Anurag`s Leadership Portfolio

My leadership & Operational thinking.

No Job is too small for me.

I am committed to doing the necessary hard work, prioritising team objectives above personal preferences.

When required I roll-up sleeves to code, bug-fix, and code-pair. I love doing code & feature reviews and while doing it, understanding team-member's core strenghts.

On Sinor levels, I make HLD's and Architectural designs. I love to interact with Product & Program side of stakeholders to understand and comeup with something that the Bunsiness wants and market needs.

Be it Architecure Desing, Program Management Calls, Decision making or Pre-Sales Calls I can do it all.

Polyglot.

Broad skillsets

I have aquired both IC and Leadership skills though my stints with Product & Service offerings. I belive in my exceptional ability to make the overlapping connection of top-leader's vision to team's execution.

Growth mindset

I am a firm beliver in Growth Mindset, more team members, more projects, more budget, more business impact, more deliverables. - these things excites me.

Always Learning

Every few weeks I will be learning new things on tech, executions & leadership. And when needed I can unlearn & re-learn things. I wasn't easy at first - now I have build some muscles for it :)

Systems & Process Driven.

I engineer solutions that make my current role obsolete. Every system I build, every process I automate, is designed to eliminate my existing responsibilities. Why? Because I'm not just looking to do a job—I'm creating opportunities for myself to tackle more strategic, high-impact work.

When I remove manual tasks through smart automation, I'm proving my value isn't in maintaining the status quo, but in constantly elevating how we operate. My goal isn't job security through complexity—it's demonstrating that I can solve problems at a systems level.

Kaizen.

continuous Improvements, over sustained periods of time

I feel every aspect of over lives should be Improved over sustained periods of time. Be if personal relations, health, mindset, skillset or business's focus areas.

Typically I would deliver some capabilites and have an improvement road-map ready by the launch. Then will pick one improvement area which makes most impact and then the next and so on.

Ikigai.

Finding life purpose

I find this concept very intersting in the way that, it drives us to make changes and Impact the people and businesses around us for good. I strongly believe that I have bigger life purpose, than things I am currently doing, I am meant to do more, Impact more & Build more.

Kintsugi.

Just like Japanese art of fixing broken bowls with gold and making it more beautiful, software also has this golden side to it. Like Tweaking it to fit the need of the hour and making it more beautiful in the process.

Redoing Things Differently and letting go of the old If you don't cannibalise yourself, someone else will - SteveJobs.Every once in a while, we should look at our products & service offerings and when there is an overlap with the old, we don’t have to be afraid of new solutions making old ones irrelevant. In the process the business still holds the market share and loves us more for innovating.

Like how Apple did it with Apple Music launch in iPhone, they made iPods irrelevant.
